Building Approvals

Pro Cert is able to provide approvals for a wide range of construction projects from small scale domestic to large industrial and commercial projects through the issue of Construction Certificates & Complying Development Certificates.

Following on from the issue of the initial approval our team of registered building inspectors and building surveors are then able to undertake the critical stage inspections of your construction project and issue the Occupation Certificate.

The issue of certificates relating to Crown Building Works is another service our team regularly provides allowing Crown projects in regional areas to be efficiently dealt with by people who live and work in those areas.

National Construction Code Consultancy & Audit Compliance Reports

Pro Cert are able to provide reviews and assessments of plans and documentation during design preparation phases for development and provide consultancy reports to assist in achieving compliance with the NCC via NCC Consultancy Reports.

Compliance audits can also be undertaken of existing buildings to provide compliance gap analysis and address fire safety upgrade requests via NCC Compliance Audit Reports.

Access Consulting Services

Pro Cert offers specialist consulting services focused on access and compliance in the built environment. Our services include Design Reviews, Access Audits, Performance Solutions, D4D5 Exemptions, Specialist Disability Accommodation Assessments and Certification and Livable Housing Assessments.
